Square One Building Products imports quality doors from around the world for distributors and dealers throughout the continental United States. We sell full and partial containers to a variety of US Distributors. While we do require a minimum number of doors per order, each order can be a mix of available styles and finishes.

Full Containers
For those of you that would like to buy in large quantities, Square One can offer you a fantastic price on factory-direct containers: even with mixed products. Since Square One has already negotiated pricing, put shipping avenues in place and verified the factory’s quality assurance, we are the logical choice for your full container orders.
Can’t afford a full container?
Buy a half container with our cross-dock program; same terms and same lead time, but half the doors, and still at a great factory-direct price.
Need fill-in products?
Buy direct from our US-based distribution partner. With minimal overhead and our factory-direct pricing, you will likely find that we are often a better deal than you will find at any stocking distributor.
At Square One our name says it all. We provide the right stock solutions in a consistent and reliable manner. If you happen to use two or more suppliers (and who doesn’t?) for different products or even the same product in different quantities, then you know more times than not, they do not match.
Square One’s doors will always match, no matter how you buy from us — factory-direct full container, cross-dock half container or single pallet from our US Distributor.
Order Lead Time
Initial order: shipment in approximately 60 days after receipt of purchase order.
Follow-up orders: shipments are typically made within 45 days after receipt of your purchase order. With good guidance and demand forecasting, the orders should always ship complete.
The factory is typically closed the last two weeks of the year and the week of Easter. Consideration should be given to additional lead times during these periods.
Placing Orders
The most accurate and expedient way to place an order is to fax your written order to Square One Building Products FAX # (770) 783-1010 or e-mail to luke@squareonebp.com
Your order will be “cubed” to ensure it is a full container and you will be contacted to add or delete items as necessary to fill out the shipping container.
Confirmation
Within two business days of finalizing the order, you will receive a faxed or e-mailed copy of an invoice showing the exact order as placed, pricing on all product and projected shipping date. As soon as this is signed and returned, your order will be sent to production.
New Items
For any items not previously purchased from Square One, you will receive a detailed drawing. This will ensure that the product is built to your exact specification. Your order will be sent to production as soon as these drawings are signed and returned.
Shipping Notification
Once your container has been released from the port and local transportation has been scheduled, you will receive a packing list and your invoice prior to the arrival of your delivery. The payment on the invoice is due in our office 10 days after the products’ arrival.
Each Monday, after your order is placed, you will receive a fax or e-mail giving you the details of all open orders.
